Based on these major production logos the pivotal element to a logo seems to be the animation. All of these logos including the independent Pathe and Studio Canal, have some sort of movement; it wouldn't be the same if the searchlights in Fox Searchlight pictures were still or the lion in Metro Goldwyn Mayer didn't roar.- Which brings me onto the second element: sound,playing a lesser yet still important role it's as if the visuals and sound of the production logos are an establishment of these two senses prior to the films beginning, a preparation.
